The second annual car show hosted by Rick Ross proved to be an overwhelming success, earning praise from the many attendees and Fayette County officials who had initial reservations about the event.
Fayette County staff acknowledged that the event planning team, led by Ricky Rozay, showcased exceptional coordination with officials, ensuring a smooth execution through effective collaboration.
Although the day faced some challenges, including around 19 reported medical emergencies, the presence of on-site EMS personnel provided swift assistance. Fortunately, only four individuals required hospital transport, with just one case deemed serious.
The organization of the event was marked by strict regulations, with the Fire Marshal overseeing code compliance and the Health Department successfully inspecting food vendors. Additionally, sheriffs were on hand to enhance security throughout the festivities.
Notably, the traffic situation showed marked improvement compared to the logistical issues faced during last year’s event.
Reflecting on the initial denial of Rick’s permit due to zoning concerns, the organizers ultimately secured a permit with clear guidelines for the event held on Rick’s expansive Promised Land estate in Fayetteville.
The car show emerged as a splendid success once again, attracting a host of celebrities and attendees as Rick Ross showcased an impressive collection of vehicles and vendors on his property.
Without a doubt, Rick Ross is currently enjoying his Money Dance, celebrating the triumph of his second annual car show and dispelling any lingering doubts among Fayette County officials.
